Engineering Governance Code (EGC)

1. Purpose and Intent

The purpose of the Engineering Governance Code (EGC) is to regulate the professional conduct, operational responsibilities, and financial interactions of engineers working within or under the affiliation of Amazark Corporation.
This Code establishes a uniform framework that promotes accountability, security, quality assurance, and client protection across all engineering commissions and operations.

The EGC ensures that every engineer aligns with the corporation’s ethical, procedural, and compliance standards to preserve the integrity and reputation of Amazark Corporation within the professional development community.

2. Scope and Applicability

2.1. This Code applies to all engineers, developers, modelers, designers, and technical affiliates working under Amazark Corporation, whether as direct employees, temporary contractors, or external associates.
2.2. The provisions herein extend to all projects, commissions, and engagements conducted through or in association with Amazark Corporation platforms, networks, or client systems.
2.3. Compliance with this Code is mandatory for all registered technical personnel.

3. Definitions

For the purpose of this Code:

“Engineer” refers to any person performing technical, development, or design services under Amazark Corporation.
“Commission” means any client-requested project or contracted service involving the engineer.
“Security Deposit” refers to the 30% portion of total payment (up-front) withheld by Amazark Corporation for compliance and risk management purposes. The up-front is not shared with the engineers.
“Client” refers to any individual or organisation purchasing or commissioning services from the corporation or its engineers.
“Breach” means any violation of the provisions, clauses, or procedures contained within this document.

4. Payment and Deposit Structure

4.1. Engineers are subject to a standardized payment division on all commissions processed under Amazark Corporation:

30% Security Deposit — transferred to Amazark Corporation prior to or upon order confirmation, is not retained by the engineers under any circumstances.
70% Engineer Allocation — retained by the engineer as their operational and creative compensation.

4.2. The security deposit / up-front functions as a safeguard against non-performance, disputes, or fraudulent activities. It is also used to cover corporate administrative costs related to transaction management and client assurance.

4.3. No engineer shall initiate or accept payment outside the corporation’s official transaction channels. Any side payment or unrecorded transfer constitutes a financial misconduct breach and may result in permanent termination.

4.4. Amazark Corporation reserves the right to withhold or reclaim the 30% security deposit in the event of a dispute, failed commission, or verified breach of conduct.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

5.1. All payments and financial activities between clients and engineers must occur under the supervision and recordkeeping of Amazark Corporation.

5.2. Any off-platform arrangement, including private payment, unapproved discounts, or external negotiation, will be classified as unauthorized conduct.

5.3. Unauthorized transactions compromise corporate transparency and are subject to disciplinary review, blacklisting, or immediate disassociation from Amazark Corporation.

6. Commission Responsibilities

6.1. Engineers are required to complete all commissions:

Within the agreed deadline;
According to the specified quality standards;
In alignment with client expectations and Amazark quality policies.

6.2. Engineers are obligated to maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring clarity, updates, and professionalism throughout the commission lifecycle.
6.3. Any deliberate delay, abandonment, or submission of low-quality work will trigger formal review under the Quality and Delivery Compliance Unit (QDCU).

7. Liability and Risk Management

7.1. Amazark Corporation holds no liability for the engineer’s errors, negligence, or misconduct during or after the completion of a commission.
7.2. In the event of client dissatisfaction or commission failure, the engineer assumes full responsibility for corrective measures or compensation discussions.
7.3. Amazark Corporation is not financially obligated to reimburse or protect engineers who are defrauded, underpaid, or scammed by clients.
7.4. Engineers must acknowledge that they operate as independent entities under corporate oversight, not as direct employees entitled to risk compensation.

8. Quality Assurance and Performance Standards

8.1. Every deliverable must meet the professional and technical expectations defined by the company’s Engineering Standards Framework (ESF).
8.2. Repeated submission of defective or incomplete projects will result in a compliance penalty, partial withholding of the engineer’s share, or suspension.
8.3. Engineers failing to meet recurring deadlines will be subjected to probationary monitoring by the Quality Enforcement Committee (QEC).

9. Disciplinary Enforcement and Blacklisting

9.1. Violations of the Engineering Governance Code will trigger enforcement procedures, which may include:

Temporary or permanent account suspension;
Public reporting to HiddenDevs, Community Blacklist Registries, or related industry oversight systems;
Forfeiture of security deposits;
Revocation of corporate affiliation.

9.2. Each breach shall be reviewed by the Enforcement Division of Amazark Corporation, which reserves the right to determine the level of penalty based on severity.
9.3. Engineers identified as repeat violators shall be permanently barred from all corporate projects and related communities.

10. Scams, Fraud, and External Risks

10.1. Engineers must exercise due diligence when accepting or executing commissions.
10.2. Amazark Corporation will not reimburse any losses, scams, or fraudulent activities that occur as a result of the engineer’s negligence or poor verification practices.
10.3. The company’s role is supervisory and administrative; therefore, it does not intervene in external disputes beyond official channels.
10.4 If the client scams the engineer, security deposit will not reimburse the developer.

11. Confidentiality and Data Handling

11.1. Engineers must safeguard all project materials, client data, and proprietary files.
11.2. Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or resale of corporate or client assets is strictly prohibited.
11.3. Any detected data breach may result in legal action under the company’s Intellectual Property Security Act (IPSA-25).

12. Review, Appeals, and Modifications

12.1. Engineers may request a review or appeal of disciplinary decisions by submitting formal documentation to the Corporate Compliance Office within 10 business days.
12.2. Amazark Corporation retains full discretion to update or amend the Engineering Governance Code as operational and legal standards evolve.
12.3. All engineers are required to comply with the most recent version of this Code at all times.

13. Acknowledgment and Consent

By joining Amazark Corporation or engaging in any affiliated engineering project, the individual hereby acknowledges that they:

Have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of this Code;
Recognize the company’s right to enforce compliance measures;
Accept full accountability for any violation, misconduct, or breach of this document.

Non-compliance shall constitute immediate grounds for suspension or permanent dismissal.

14. File Ownership Transfer Acknowledgment

14.1. Any engineers under the employment of Amazark Corporation are required to perform their commissions under the group of ACG. Any work done will always remain under the ownership of Amazark Corporation unless ownership has been authorised.

14.2 Any engineers who would like to resign / force-leave / termination from their employment server, Amazark Corporation’s work would not be taken away. Compensation would still be received if the client is satisfied with the product.

15. Pricing Acknowledgement

15.1. Once an engineer has decided on its pricing for a specific order, and a security deposit has been collected, the amount cannot be changed under any circumstances unless it is for a reason approved by executives.

15.2. Engineers who have accepted their commission Any engineers under the employment of Amazark Corporation are required to perform their commissions under the group of ACG. Any work done will always remain under the ownership of Amazark Corporation unless ownership has been authorised.

14.2 Any engineers who would like to resign / force-leave / termination from their employment server, Amazark Corporation’s work would not be taken away. Compensation would still be received if the client is satisfied with the product.
